If you own a business, you know how important it is to have a website. A website is needed for a successful business, regardless of whether that business is offline or online. Most people know about the importance of listing basic information on that website, such as contact information. However, many people do not know the importance of having a social-media friendly website.

Try to imagine the following scenario. You are in a business that sells hand-made women’s clothing. You have information on different social media websites that includes information about the clothing and your headshot. Your profile on your social media site links back to your company’s website. On your company’s website, there is a bunch of missing information. This can make all of the time and effort you put into trying to attract customers be in vain. This problem can be prevented by making your website more social-media friendly. If your company’s website is not already social media friendly, there is no need to worry. In the aforementioned paragraph, I will give some tips to help you make your company’s website more social-media friendly.

The first step in the process of making your website more social-media friendly is changing your homepage. Make sure that is has descriptions about real people. The second step in this process is adding your top people’s photos. After you have added the photos of your top people, the next thing that you should do is include links to their social media profiles. The fourth step in making your website more social-media friendly is adding videos to your website. The videos should features the top people in your company sharing information about your products and services.

The fifth step is adding videos that feature the testimonials of your customers. This step is optional, but it will help you make your website more social-media friendly. The last step in making your company’s website more social-media friendly is making it easier for your potential customers to contact you. It is important to note that a contact-form is a turn-off for many customers. That is why your company should list several ways that customers can contact them. You may also want to include twitter updates on your company’s website.

It is relatively simple to make those changes to your company’s website. Once you make those changes, the website will be considered social-media friendly and will attract many customers.
